High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
Duration: 1 Hour (Saturdays 11:30-12:30)

Overview:
Our HIIT class is a fast-paced, full-body workout designed to maximize calorie
burn, build strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time.
Each session combines bursts of high-intensity exercises with short recovery
periods, keeping your heart rate elevated while challenging multiple muscle
groups.
What to Expect:
• Dynamic Warm-Up (5–10 min): Prepare your body for action with
mobility drills, dynamic stretches, and light cardio movements to improve
blood flow and reduce injury risk.
• High-Intensity Intervals (30–40 min): Alternate between intense bursts of
exercises like jumping squats, mountain climbers, battle ropes, slam balls,
push-ups, and plyometric movements with brief recovery periods. Exercises
target strength, power, agility, and endurance.
• Core and Stability Work: Strengthen your midsection and improve
functional balance with planks, twists, and rotational movements.
• Cool-Down and Stretch (5–10 min): Bring your heart rate down safely
with static stretches and mobility exercises to promote recovery, flexibility,
and injury prevention.

Who It’s For:
HIIT is suitable for all fitness levels because exercises can be scaled up or down

• Bodyweight
• Dumbbells (optional)
• Resistance bands (optional)
• Battle ropes, slam balls, and exercise balls (for advanced sessions)
Intensity:
Moderate to High – be prepared to push yourself during intervals, but rest and
scale as needed.
