Mega Bounce is a mobile trampoline organization coming to the wellness centre on Dec. 30. This dance-choreographed cardio workout includes 45 minutes of jumping and 15 minutes of muscle toning. The class is geared towards adults but kids 5+ are also welcome. The cost is $20 plus membership or drop-in.
